I’m Taking A Blogging Break + Where You Can Find Me Until I Come Back

Summer is now here and I’m going to be taking a step back from the blog for a few weeks so I can focus on the non-negotiables in my work and my life right now.

I love this blog; creating content for it is one of my favourite parts of my work. I’ve been blogging for over three years now and I do not see myself stopping anytime soon. But from time to time it’s good to take a step back from things, and for the next few weeks I’ll be taking a mini blogging break so I can focus on some other areas in my work and life.

A big part of my energy that would usually be given to creating content for this blog is going to be redirected into prepping, planning, and bringing to life Season 3 of my podcast Make It Happen. Trying to fit in blogging, the podcast, and my Weekly Letters alongside my client work during Season 2 of the show felt a little overwhelming earlier this year, so I’m ready to really give the next season of the show 100% and then come back to this blog once it's up and running.

Season 3 of Make It Happen will be here come mid-July and you can catch up with Season 2 beforehand this way. I’m super excited to get working on Season 3 - it’s going to be a 10 week season again with full episodes on Thursday’s and mini episodes on Monday’s.

I’ll also still be connecting with you through my Weekly Letter’s each Sunday, and if you’re not already signed up you can at the bottom of this post - and if you’d like to see an example letter you can over here. Weekly Letters are probably my favourite things to create - these are where I share personal insights, words of motivation, and stories and lessons I’m learning along the way in my creative journey. They are where we can hang out together and is my space to be a little more vulnerable, a little more open, and a little more in-depth with the insights and advice that I share.

I’ll also be spending a big chunk of my summer working with my awesome coaching clients - I’m currently booking for August + September and would love to connect with you if you’d like to work together this year - you can find out more over here. I’ve also recently launched Make It Happen VIP Days - if you’re based in the UK and would love to get together in-person for a day of moving you and your creative work forward, these may be exactly what you’re looking for.

I’ll be back to the blog come August and I’ll probably still be checking in to share Make It Happen episodes with you too, but until then things may get a little quiet around here. I’m also planning on getting outside as much as possible this summer, spending time with my favourite people, visiting some new places I haven’t been before, and working on some personal creative projects too. Because life’s so much more than just work, right?

More than anything, I hope you have a great summer ahead and I’m already excited to get back to blogging come August but until then we can still connect through Weekly Letter’s and the podcast once Season 3 launches in July!

As always, I’m rooting for you!

Every Sunday I send thoughtful insights to my community through Weekly Letters. If you're not already on the list, you can sign up below to receive this weekends letter straight to your inbox.
