Hey, I’m Jen and I’ve been exactly where you are now.
With a schedule filled with wonderful clients but just not enough space and room for me to breathe.
In the earlier years of my business I used to have 15-20 1:1 calls a week and I found myself completely and utterly burned out in my business.
After having my son in 2020 and my chronic health illness becoming a lot more challenging I knew something really had to change and I radically reshaped my business to work better for me.
