1. Who do you work with?
I work with creative business owners and bloggers including:
- Graphic designers
- Bloggers and podcasters
2. What is creative coaching?
Creative coaching is support, guidance, and accountability for any creatives who are ready to make things happen in their work and their life. Many of my clients tell me that our work together is like “therapy for their creativity”. My personal approach to creative coaching is a mix of purposeful strategy building, big picture thinking, and creating space for you to really explore your dreams, fears, ideas, and goals along the way.
3. What’s your coaching style?
My coaching style is very collaborative - it’s my core belief that you are the expert in your creative life and I don’t believe it’s my place to tell you what to do. Instead, I’m here to listen, support, and encourage you in your journey and offer up an alternative point of view and guidance whenever you feel stuck along the way. Our sessions together would consist mostly of problem solving, strategy building, big picture thinking, and giving you space to really explore your brand, your business, and your creative life in a purposeful and productive way. We will end our sessions always setting an action plan and intentions to keep you focused and moving forward towards your goals.
I’m definitely not a tough-love kind of coach - I’ve found our best work happens in an encouraging, nurturing, and fun environment. I ask my clients lots of reflective questions, I give them space to really explore all the ideas, fears, and thoughts that are overflowing in their mind, and I offer guidance, support, and encouragement every step of the way.
4. I’m in a different time zone, can we still work together?
Definitely. I’ve worked with clients from all over the world, with different timezones and complicated schedules and we always make it work. I’ll start my day of with a call to Australia in the morning, then to Spain in the afternoon, and finish off in America come evening - and that’s exactly how I like it. So whether you need early mornings, mid-afternoon, evening, or weekend sessions, I have all bases covered for you. And if you have a vacation planned, a baby on the way, or a cross-country move coming up, we can work around those too.
5. What have you helped your previous clients make happen?
I’ve seen my clients get booked out months in advance, create and sell out group coaching programs, launch podcasts that are featured on iTunes New & Noteworthy list, create online magazines, attract the dreamiest of dream clients, create content that they’re proud of, bring an entire brand and business to life from scratch, and find the clarity and confidence they need to move forward and live an impactful, fulfilling, and sustainable creative life.
More than anything, I’ve seen my clients give themselves permission to live their creative life on their own terms and by their own rules. I’ve seen them thrive in their business by leaning into their own strengths and by making space for less stress and more joy in their day-to-day life.
6. What is asked of me as your client?
All I ask is that you show up and give 100% to our time working together and be honest, open, and transparent every step of the way - and this is exactly what you can expect of me too.
7. What’s included in email support?
You have access to my inbox whenever you need support, accountability, and guidance in-between our sessions and you can expect a reply within 24-48 hours.
