I have a brand new episode of Make It Happen to share with you today...
This podcast would not exist if it wasn't for today's guest. Alex Kontis-Carrington is a freelance podcast editor, the producer of this show since day one, and my wonderful husband too.
I knew I had to have him on the show this season to talk all things podcasting, as I see so many of my clients and creative friends wanting to start their own show and sometimes feeling really overwhelmed by what it takes to take their awesome idea and turn it into a living, breathing podcast. So for this week Alex and I have an awesome conversation about podcasting, bringing a show to life, how to make it work for your business, and what we've learned from making Make It Happen together for the past three years too.
We also talk a little at the beginning about Alex leaving his job last year to work for himself full time, and what I learned about navigating the anxiety that came from taking that risk when we decided that I would take care of us financially so Alex would have space and time to pursue his own creative work.
If you'd like to listen along to our conversation you can below, and you can also find the show notes for this episode this way too.
Every Sunday I send thoughtful insights to my community through Weekly Letters. If you're not already on the list, you can sign up below to receive the next letter straight to your inbox.
